Summary: Had an excellent experience as far as check in and being lovely room would have rated excellent across the board but was awakened by something crawling on my arm at 5ami knocked it off my arm onto the floor when I cut the light on I saw it was some kind of a bug crawling that got away it was the size of a nickel my partner tried to catch it to kill it but it got away, needless to say I couldn’t get back to sleep.

Summary: The hotel room itself is fine. Check in was smooth. In the morning, however, there was no available hot water for showers. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that the lack of hot water was due to the fact that everyone in the hotel was wanting a shower that morning and so there would be no hot water. No compensation was given no explanation given. After an ice cold shower for all three of us, we were quite glad that we had chosen not to stay the next night The front desk also was unable to make keys and had to have the cleaning staff take people to their rooms to let them in.

Summary: Whenever I come to the area I stay at this property. I never had any issues but this stay was different. I could hear the guest above my room making noise and stomping on the floor which woke me up. This noise was going on for hours. I called the front desk to report the nose but the noise continued. Also the guest next to me had a dog and the dog barked all night. Other than that my stay was good. I will be back in the future but hope not to encounter these issues again.
